There are two separate and independent companies and legal entities:
- Scotchstone Capital Fund Ltd (the "Fund") – involved in investment management and miscellaneous matters in banking and financial / capital markets; and
- Scotchstone Capital LLP (the "LLP") – a research and consulting firm engaged, inter alia, in providing services as an expert in respect of complex financial and investment-related non-legal matters involved in banking / capital markets / litigation.
The Fund is a private collective investment scheme recognised and supervised by the Malta Financial Services Authority. Investing in liquid equities on a long-term basis and adopting an activist approach when needed, the research-driven Fund is dedicated to preserving investor capital and achieving superior absolute returns. It is audited by a reputable professional independent audit firm. The Fund is now closed to new investors.
