Investment Characteristics

• The Fund was set up to invest globally in liquid equities across the financial sectors, including among others: banks, insurance companies, payment service providers and specialty finance companies.
• The LLP is engaged, inter alia, in providing services as an expert in respect of non-legal matters involved in banking / financial markets / litigation.
• The Fund was set up to focus on well-run companies with healthy balance sheets, robust business models and sustainable competitive advantages.
• The Fund was set up to invest only in businesses whose intrinsic value we have understood well and which offer a significant return potential combined with a relatively low-risk investment profile.
• Investments are expected to benefit from periodic significant value dislocations / deficient market pricing associated with:
  1. Market sentiments;
  2. Complexity and the ever-changing nature of the financial services businesses;
  3. High sub-sector differentiation and specialisation;
  4. Occasional lack of understanding among investors regarding fundamental values of some companies in the sector.
